Unable to send or forward emails
Thunderbird has updated to v 102.4.0 recently and now I can no longer send or forward emails. I have changed nothing myself. Is there a fix for this? Is there a way to roll back to a previous version? Many thanks, Peter

That message is from hotmail/Outlook.com (Microsoft) to you about the fact they have at least part of the Optus network on a mail blocklist. Probably as a spammer.
I checked a couple of blocklists. It looks like the address is listed as a spammer with http://www.sorbs.net/cgi-bin/db
There are three entries here https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a211.29.132.42&run=toolpage
So fundamentally you are in between Microsoft asserting that Optus (that IP address) is a spammer and Optus doing nothing about it at this point in time, perhaps because they are unaware. But Optus are the only ones that can really do anything about their network being listed. I suggest you contact them and request they actually do something about it.

Thanks Matt, I think you are correct. Seems google also has it listed as well (same problem). I do seem to be able to get email through to non-microsoft/google accounts. Many thanks for your help. Cheers, Peter
