just downloaded firefox version 105.0.3 using aol email. i open a message ok click on a link in message and it just goes to a blank page and just hangs. I'm using windows 7 on a dell laptop.

After a bad Windows 10 BSOD, I recovered all the previous setup and was working until FF update 105.0.3 came in....Now on cold start up I also get a blank page. Also, now I am going off internet after a few minutes, then it reconnects again. This didn´t happen before. The irony is once it is running I restarted MS update and checked the event log and it shows No error entry. What is going on ? It seems one can never escape from so many unresolved downtime issues in both FF and Windows 10 that take longer to diagnose than the time actually using the notebook. A case of too many updates ? Notebook Acer aspire.
If I understand what you're saying:
- Your Firefox updated to version 105.0.3
- After the update, links in AOL Mail do not work any more
Is other browsing working normally -- the problem is only with AOL Mail links?
If you check the address bar on those blank pages, do they have an address other than the one you were expecting? Sometimes links in email messages may be modified or replaced by (A) service provider security scanning links or (B) bulk mail service tracking links.
