Audio not working
For the last few days audio in firefox does not work at all, i searched your site for known solutions, uninstalled and reinstalled the firefox but it is still the same, i get normal audio from every other app/game just not from firefox itself. The day it happened there were no updates i did (both on my pc or the firefox ) i was just reading and playing some music on youtube, the music stops i go to check if it is the youtube are you still there message but there is nothing i can see the video playing but no sound, i then reinstalled my audio drivers thinking it was the windows problem that i had few times now but still no results. I checked everything that i could from my side and followed help from your support pages, and i am now out of options so i would appreciate a fast reply.

You should post a screenshot showing the audio section in Windows system tray when Firefox is streaming something.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=To_4s0WE8vo&list=RDTo_4s0WE8vo&start_radio=1 here is the link and btw same setup everything works fine in opera gx and in ie, it is not my drivers or the setup, but just in case to answer you i am using just a normal 2.1 speaker setup connected directly into the mbo and a usb headphones. This happens on every site that has any form of playback, i.e. netflix. video is there just no sound.

Also see if you have the same issue with Firefox in a different Windows account.
