The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time, not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
You should try contacting a local computer help desk, GeekSquad, Apple Store, or the like, to see if they can help. Especially as you'd want someone who can verify your identity and we can't do that safely/securely here.
