No other browser or website that I have seen now opens up to a full width with my friends face plastered huge on my screen. Chrome does not do this. Microsoft Edge does not do this. This is not a facebook issue it is your s to own so fix it!

Hi creative1, I think FB somehow flipped to the mobile view on your Firefox.

If you are on https://m.facebook.com/ switch over to https://www.facebook.com/

If that doesn't work or it won't stick, try clearing your Facebook cookies. Here's how:

While viewing a page on the site, click the lock icon at the left end of the address bar. After a moment, a "Clear Cookies and Site Data" button should appear at the bottom of the drop-down panel. Go ahead and click that.

In the dialog that opens, you will see one or more matches to the current address so you can remove the site's cookies individually without affecting other sites.

Then try reloading the page and logging back in. Any improvement?

None of your suggestions work and I tried it several times. I see what you are saying about it being on https://m.facebook.com/ . I never changed it to the mobile page and I can not get it stay on the regular page. It happened all by itself and on both my windows 10 Desktop and laptop after a recent update a week ago. Again I have never had this set to MOBILE!

You mentioned using the Facebook Container add-on. Could you try disabling it and test whether you can use the regular www Facebook again?

Did not help! i ended up having to uninstall Firefox completely and reinstall it. This only happened after and update (which one I don't recall since it seems as though I am told to update Firefox a couple times a week.

Thanks for your help
