Hi. I upgraded to the latest firefox recently. Now I cannot click on the settings or account info etc

I usually hold the mouse on the gear icon and it drops the options and you place pointer on the "settings" and it supposed to change to the "mouse hand" to be able to click

Hi, please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st:

If I click on tools>add ons? plugins and click update on the flash player Would that be the same thing

Hello again. I have updated the flash successfully and restarted firefox .. BUT .. It is still the same problem cannot click on the settings or account info

Hi, that would be correct as Flash update is a Separate security issue.

Please follow the 2nd part of the 1st post and do a refresh after backing up.
