Cookies and Site Data: "Keep until" is not available.
Please look at the attached .jpg. I cannot make the "Keep until" option available. It is grayed out, and every setting I try does not change this condition. I have used this setting before on earlier version of Firefox to selectively keep some, but not all cookies, but I cannot set this option. Your assistance is appreciated.

See if this helps; Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar. The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.
Turn off Always Use Private Browsing Mode

Do you see any locked prefs on the about:config page if you sort by Status?
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
