When I have read an email and the sender has asked for a delivery notification, it is impossible to send that notification because the email server of Ziggo says it is spam. This just started with about 10 days ago after the update to version 52.7.0.

That means it has something to do with the update because with all the older version it was not any problem.

I hope that there is a solution because this is important for my.

Thanks for your help.

You will have to take that one up with Ziggo. Although it would be good to hear what they have to say about why something that is in the email specification is refused because it is spam. It might be in error, or it might be in response to a global trend in tightening up on DSN spam.

I already had contacted Ziggo, the provider, but they save that they have no support for Thunderbird anymore so Thunderbird has to give a solution because of the fact that it worked well in the older version of Thunderbird.

After that message I am afraid that there is not any solution for this. Only to go to an other mailprogramma, but that is not what I want. Thanks for your support. G. van Dijk
