Bookmark backups disappear when I try to save them in Firefox 59.0.2
Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit Sandboxie 5.24 Addons: Roboform 8.4.8.8, One Tab 1.25
I have tried the following both in and out of the sandbox with the same results, so I do not think this is a sandboxie issue. This may have started with Firefox 59.0.2, but cannot be sure. Issue: When I open the history box, and try to export the .json file to a drive where I keep my data, sometimes I am told that I have to save the json or html file to some other drive/folder. For example I try to save the history to F:\Bookmarks backups. Sometimes the save seems to work, and other times I am told to save to the computer name folder. But no matter where I try to save either the .json file or the .html file, it never appears in the location where I tried to save it. I have used the program "Everything" to search for the file I saved, but it is just not there.
I have tried disabling the two add-ons, but that does not solve the problem. Has something changed in the way Firefox handles bookmark backups?
I have refreshed the browser, using troubleshooting, deleted the contents of the sandbox, done an sfc /scannow but nothing seems to fix this issue

Hi, no changes. Something going on there. You can try this to see if problem exists in Safe Mode : SAFE MODE
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Safe+Mode
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes
In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:
- all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
- default theme is used (no persona)
- userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
- default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)
- Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
- hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
- plugins are not affected
- preferences are not affected

PKSHADOW, The problem was a corrupted profile. Using a new profile fixed it. Many thanks.
