Logmein central not displaying correctly

I have windows 10 and the latest version of Firefox. This is a new laptop with fresh install of Firefox When I use Logmein Central and click on a computer I want to control It is not displaying the Remember Credential Box to check for that computer. I have the same setup, same version of windows same version of Firefox, on my other laptop and it displays correctly. On Internet Explorer on the new computer it displays correctly. All the setting on Logmein Central are correct as verified by Logmein tech support. Logmein Support took remote control of my laptop and checked everything and says it is correct for their products. I have deleted FireFox, edited the registry and removed every reference to Firefox and Logmein. Deleted all folders and file that referenced Firefox. Did a search for both entries and found none. Restarted the laptop and installed Firefox, did not update Firefox did not sync and it did the same thing. I also removed all cookies, history, passwords, and cleared the cache

Attached are 2 images one in Firefox and one in IE from the new laptop. The remember Credential box should appear just below the password box. In Firefox it is not there
