Hi I am operating windows 7 and have the latest version of Firefox. When requesting a web action Firefox will only refresh when the cursor is in constant motion. I have tried refreshing Firefox and this hasnt helped. The problem began a number of weeks ago. Any help would be appreciated.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
