Running Windows 7. Have tried to update to 40.0.3 from 37.0.2 many times now without success. Goes through the routine just fine and asks to restart Firefox for changes to take effect. Sometimes I have to reboot because Firefox will not normally and sometimes it will restart normally but either way the change did not take effect. I continue to get recommended Firefox software upgrade messages recommending me to install update but no luck.
