Your screen shot is missing. But first, make sure lightning is at th eproper version 4.0.2
I have the latest version of lightning. The issue is that lightning calendar gets switched off on its own. I have to manually go and switch it on from the Calendar properties menu. I still cannot see other people's schedule when I try to schedule a meeting so I have to go to Outlook if I want to schedule a meeting.
This is not helping me to use Lightning as my calendar application.
