First a problem errupted after clicking ''REFRESH FIREFOX''. How did the browser went from 35.0.1 to 36; wow!

I have lost saved passwords, bookmarks, history and so much more. All because You Tube had a problem with sound and You Tube suggested to go to the browser to find the answer. Sound is very, very poor with You Tube and after checking to see if the browser version that I changed to the previous version-the one I had no problem with 26.0 from the one I did not ask for: version 35.0.1 (garbage) after going to You Tube and finding the "sound problem", I checked to see what browser version was installed. And I find that it is the 36th version. How did I get switched again?????????? I am terribly upset, disappointed, without passwords and everything else I saved in bookmarks.

Firefox 36 isn't due to be released until next Tuesday 02 / 24 -- not today. https://wiki.mozilla.org/RapidRelease/Calendar#Future_branch_dates

Going back to Firefox 26 from Firefox 35.0.1 may have messed something up with your Profile, which caused your data loss; and you may have gotten a hold of a Firefox 26 Beta version rather than the Release version.

Please get used to the new UI used in Firefox 29 and later - or just use a different up-to-date browser instead.

The problem first started when I clicked: "REFRESH FIREFOX". With the unwanted and never asked for version after "REFRESH" there was another issue with You Tube. I tried every possible way to recover the PROFILE, it did not work.!!!!! After reloading or downloading the previous version, and copying and pasting the I later found that I had "Mozilla Fox 26th version; and that is the one now there. Your sense of humor does not help any. MOZILLA FOX SHOULD HAVE DOWNLOADS WITH A 1,2,3 FIX ISSUE. Or real PRO'S that would fix any sort of issues having to do with the browser.
