Anyone else having problems with Abine's "Blur" add-on?

I was using DoNotTrackMe, but upgraded to Blur Premium on both my desktop (Firefox 33.0.5 on Win 8.1) and my tablet (Android 4.4.2). The add-on works, kinda, sorta, but there are a number of hiccups in Firefox, which are NOT present in IE. The buttons to go to "Auto-fill Addresses," "Auto-fill Credit Cards," "Export," and "Import" simply do not work. The browser either ignores the request, or loads endlessly. I have been round and round and round with the Abine folks, who are trying to get this add-on fully functional, but my discovery today that it works fine (and completely) in Internet Explorer, makes me think this is a Firefox issue. I've tried deleting the cache, history, cookies, etc etc etc, without any change. Even blocked my Hosts file, but no joy.

That is possible, though the Blur engineers have known about this issue for over a month. Oddly enough, the problems at issue vanished for 5-7 minutes this afternoon, but then came right back. The Blur Android app is also problemmatic, as it must be used on mobile (in lieu of an add-on), and functions differently than the browser-based version.

Still a total mess, and actually getting worse, as of this date. Works perfectly and smoothly on IE, so I guess the Abine folks are just breaking all the Mozilla rules. I have my Blur data securely backed up on Dropbox, but the Error Console shows a repeating cascade of contact errors when trying to access the data. And yes, I have cc'ed those error logs to Abine. It's been broken ever since they became Blur, about 3 months ago. Not on IE though....
