Why I cannot open "www.dodea.edu/home/standards.cfm" on PC but can on any mobile phone?

It works on a mobile phone but not on my PC. I use the latest Firefox on WINXP SP2. I have .net, flash, and other plugins installed. No extra toolbar or gadgets.

I can access it. Can you try clearing cache and cookies?
