Blue bar shows up at the top of Firefox 6. Normally the bar should be black and the exit, minimize and maximize buttons are visible. The hidden buttons still function as if the blue bar was not even there. http://i53.tinypic.com/amt5s7.png

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
