Whenever I try to load videos on Fancast.com, the video never loads and then Firefox crashes, but the site works fine on Safari

So yeah, it always freezes, I get the beach ball of death (I'm on a Mac) and then Firefox crashes. And I was able to watch videos fine last week. And Safari loads fancast.com just fine. What is going on? Am I missing a plug-in, or is fancast.com just not compatible with this version of Firefox?

novids,

Our site is compatible with the newest version of Firefox. Since the videos work on other browsers and not Firefox, there is probably a plug-in or something simple that is missing. We can help you.

So we can further assist you, can you please go to www.fancast.com/computer and e-mail me the information that appears on-screen. You can e-mail me at info[at]fancast[dot]com. Also, please include a link to this page and mention that you are "novids". Once I receive your e-mail, we can go into your Firefox settings and find what is missing.

Thanks,

Joe
