Hi,

Maybe it made a new profile, could you check if you multiple available? It should about it when launching the browser, but if it doesn't, you can check by opening the %LOCALAPPDATA%/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles folder, and looking at the folder names.

If you really have an older profile, we can move to further steps.
