Today (4/27/2026) I am suddenly unable to log in to My Account on various websites (eMail, grocery store...) The business page opens but when I try to go to the account login page, I either get a blank page or the page spins and spins and never goes to the login page. I am able to get to the logins on Safari. I've cleared cache and cookies, and closed out of Firefox and reopened.

Chosen solution

Thank you! I ran Troubleshoot Mode and was able to log in. I only have two extensions installed, and it turned out to be AdBlock Plus causing the issue. I can either disable AdBlock Plus temporarily, or just disable it for the moment for that page only.

In the mean time, I installed WaterFox, and did not have the difficulty with WaterFox. I now need to decide whether to continue with WaterFox or go back to FireFox and do a temporary disable on AdBlockPlus to log in to accounts.

Thank you again!

Hi William,

That sounds so wrong. Can you try to see if the problem is reproducible from the Troubleshoot Mode?

Thanks for getting back to this thread to share the fix. I just marked your reply as the solution instead, so people with the same issue can find the actual resolution easier.
