When I enable my 2FA on Firefox 70.0.1(64 bit). I scanned the QR code by Microsoft Authenticator from my windows mobile but when I apply the codes then it say invalid code.I also tried manually enter secret key but it still say invalid codes.I checked on my both devices mobile and PC all date and times are correct.I also disabled my VPN but none works.I setup another 2FA 2 months earlier and it works fine but when I disabled because I don't have access that device anymore and on re-enabling 2FA then it say invalid codes.

Chosen solution

I've removed the image because others could get access to your account. NEVER post such a QR image. If you can't confirm the initial TOTP response then your account won't be activated.

Did you try other Authenticator apps like Google Authenticator to see whether they work?

The latter uses a special Google time server and needs access to internet to work properly. TOTP codes only allow a time frame of about 30 seconds, so the slightest time issues prevent the app from generating the correct code.
