... menu bar and tabs are white, always ... no themes helped me to change that, also option-content-colors makes no difference, now I`m using noia theme and colors are not changed to blue or grey, as I remembered ... is there a workaround?

The Noia Fox theme may need to be updated for Windows 10.

.. as I said before, color stayed white, no matter what theme I used, even default theme

also noticed that firefox does not change background color at all, option-content-colors change for example to black, restart FF, background only blinks-black, like it will change color to black, but white comes back again
