I cannot reset my Sync password

I don't remember my password. I submit the request to reset the password and Sync sends me the link to reset the password. Every time I enter a new password and confirm it (seven times now), I get an error that the code is invalid and I have to request a new password all over again. Why are all my attempts at resetting the password failing?
