Impossible to send Emails ?

Hello, Bonjour, Since few time when i want to send an Email it is impossible and that i get with any Email address everytime the following message !!!

L’envoi du message a échoué. Une erreur est survenue lors de l’envoi de l’e-mail. Le serveur de courrier a répondu : Client host rejected by spamhaus for spamming issues; please refer to Listed by XBL, see https://check.spamhaus.org/query/ip/37.65.161.172 for further information. Veuillez vérifier l’adresse du destinataire et essayer à nouveau.
