On my right click, the drop down menu for translate selection, is in the wrong language.

There's no place to "change" that per se — it's inferred from the language guessed from the selection, and esp. for very short or single word lengths that might not necessarily recognize the source language, so it also doesn't map to a reasonable target language… probably just using the last model used. You can try a) making the selection longer to help give you better language match, or b) just click on the menu item with wrong language, and change the dropdowns from/to manually — that pair might be to one to stick around later on.

(The internal setting remembers three most recent languages used — and reads that list when in doubt, so the languages you see offered are based on the history.)
