and the error message/messages you receive are? the mail provider you use is?
We know exactly what you tell us, so unless you want wild guesses you need to provide details of exactly what the issue is and what your system is telling you.

No error message just has suddenly stopped sending and receiving on my laptop Am with Xtra but use Thunderbird
