How to move Add-on icons to the additional Add-on Bar at the bottom of the screen

I have a number of Add-ons, and the icons on some of them take up a lot of room. So the navigation bar is crammed full. I added the Add-on bar that shows up at the bottom of the screen. However, I haven't figured out how to get the Add-on icons moved to the bar at the bottom. I'm sure it's something very simple but I haven't found the magic combination to do that yet.

I would appreciate any help/suggestions you can give me. Thanks for your help.

I don't know if it's relevant but I'm using two Toshiba laptops running Windows 7 and the other is Windows 10. Both are 64-bit. And it's is Firefox 42.0.

Type about:customizing<enter> in the address bar. In the new window, look for the icon. When you find it, hold down the left button on it, and move it to where you want it to be. You can move any of the icons you want from here, but some icons are locked in place.

There is also a Restore Defaults button at the bottom middle.
