Access to web site problem, "Server not found"

Hello When we do a Google search and all the site come up, then we click on one of the sites for example: www.mozilla.org, what happens we keep getting a text box which says "Server not found" on almost every single site. Then we have to click on the refresh the page button and the it will open the site. What is the problem? Thank you. Edgar email: wstj8@aol.com
