Firefox does not seem to recognize HP Web Printing, why?

I am not sure what details you want, but when I update or reinstall my HP printer and I install HP web Printing, the web printing icon does not show up in the web browser window . It does work in Internet Explorer. Am I doing something wrong?

HP Smart Web Printing doesn't support Firefox 3.6+ versions. Contact HP and request that they fix their Smart Web Printing program to work with newer versions of Firefox.
