You can use settings or private browsing:
1. settings: You can choose "clear browsing data when closing Firefox" https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-browsing-search-download-history-firefox
2. Private browsing: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/private-browsing-use-firefox-without-history
