I cannot access my Lloyds International bank account on Firefox but can on Microsoft Edge, why am i being blocked?

What happens when you try to view it in Firefox? Is there any error message?

I have now found out that if I use a private firefox window I can logon to the account, but if I use the normal browser window the account just gives a completely blank page, so there is something with the normal browser settings causing a problem.
