Problem logging onto Zoho Mail with Firefox.
I have been using both Firefox and Zoho Mail for many years. Now, for some reason, Firefox seems to have a problem completing the Zoho Mail login from the same bookmark I have been using for years, or from a direct URL. The same Firefox installation cannot access Google Maps from a bookmark or directly using a complete URL, but does access some other applications as always.
Now the curious (to me, anyway) part. If I open a new private Firefox window, I can log into both Zoho Mail and Google Maps as I used to from the Firefox private window using bookmarks.
This helps me pinpoint Firefox as the problem – one part working, the other not.
My Firefox is up to date [Version 140.0.4 (64 bit)], and I have scanned all 1,350,000-plus files on my system for viruses and potential startup issues.
Should I reinstall Firefox? If so, how do I do that while keeping my bookmarks and password files?
If I use another browser (i.e., “Google Chrome), I can access both Zoho Mail and Google Maps with no difficulty. That is not a solution for me.
Firefox has been my foundation browser for decades. I don’t want to have to use anything else.

Hello, I'm experiencing a problem where my website fails to load in the Firefox browser on some devices. I've thoroughly checked things on my end and reviewed the website settings, but I haven't been able to identify the cause.
I've tested it across multiple devices and internet connections, and the site works perfectly on other browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. But when trying to access it through Firefox, the site just gets stuck and doesn’t load at all.
I’ve already attempted a few troubleshooting steps, such as disabling browser extensions, clearing cookies and cache, and restarting Firefox, but unfortunately, none of those worked.
Is there anything else I can try to fix this? Or could someone from the support team look into it? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

When using Outlook365 Online, about 2 or 3 weeks ago the spell checking stopped working. I checked to see if this was a Microsoft account issue and it is not because when I move to Chrome the spell check works. I am running Windows 11 Pro, it is fully up-dated. I have all of the latest Firefox updates as well. I have looked at several online help articles and have done all of the suggested fixes. The spell check is turned on in Firefox. I believe with a recent up-date of Firefox, as they come regularly it triggered the issue. When using other apps, and websites the spell check works fine just not with any 365 Online product. I do have Office 19 installed on my computer which I use off line.

Usually, it just hangs up and doesn't connect, or it gets stuck on one page and will not advance to the next. At this point, I'm ready to demote Firefox and my Chrome my default browser. In fact, I'm sending this message from the website opened in Chrome because it would not open in Firefox.
I'm using a Mac mini running MacOS Sequoia 15.5, but this has been happing with all of the last versions of MacOS.

HI, I've been using CLAUDE AI regularly for weeks, and not had a problem. However recently it has stopped displaying HTML outputs in its Artifact window. After much fault finding, we discovered it works fine in Safari, which suggests there's been some recent clash in Firefox. I've double checked the extensions, and numerous other settings, using Claude and Chatgpt to fault find, but cannot fix the issue. Can you help please as I'm not a safari user and much prefer Firefox. Thank you.

I've tried clearing cache, disabling extentions, and opening up Claude in a Private Window, but nothing seems to work. I much prefer Firefox to other browsers. I haven't disbled Javascript (nor do I know how). What else could be causing this? One suggestion was to restore Firefox to default settings - I'd prefer ot to but if it works, I will do that.
