i can't connect to internet when firefox VPN is actived. Why ?

When i try to access to the net with firefox and the VPN is actived, i can't. it's searching but never finding. If i desactivated the VPN, it's work. The problem is here just since a few days. Before it was working

same here. it started 1st september, the limit is on 50GB, but no internet connection with VPN on. maybe it has to do with the reset of that limit? before it did work fine.
