If you want to switch accounts, log out of your current account, and then login using the other account's credentials.
If you want to change the email address of your account, you can do that at https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile
What works is I logout, delete Mozilla cookies, then login. If I don't delete the cookies, it automatically logs me back in.
