tried to install a second Mailadress. Program did not find the settings at the provider. System is Win11. With Win10 its not a problem. Second Mailadress is stored at provider. Password to the provider is correct. greetings from Germany yours Christian Nellshen

Do you have the same version of Thunderbird on both Windows 10 and Windows 11  ? What is / are your Thunderbird version ?

If you have the account hub enabled in Settings/General, disable it and add the account from ⇶ - New Account - Email.
