Win 11 install was working fine until Firefox update
My new Win 11 PC out the box with a Firefox installed on it, worked fine for 2 weeks then an update from you guys causes it to crash, it is stuck in a perpertual reboot loop as windows crash, close then the app restarts despite being told to close, only a reboot will stop it from trying to open and then cause memory leaks.
Also, when are you guys going to incorporate a "Roll back feature" for these situations, so that the older working version can be retrieved.
All my important logins are on firefox and your programmers, whatever they did have jeopardised my ability to access important accounts.
I best check my androind tablet hasn't updates or I will be up the wazoo without a failsafe... Well played Mozilla Devs...

Hi Mark
We're sorry to hear that your Firefox seems to be crashing when you open it. Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.
- On the keyboard, press [Windows]
+ [R]. This should bring up a Run box that contains a text field.
- In that text field, type %APPDATA% and press Enter. An explorer window should open.
- From that explorer window, double-click on the Mozilla folder, then double-click on Firefox and then on Crash reports. Double-click on submitted.
- Now, you should see a list of files that contain reports. Go to View > Arrange Icons by > Modified to get the most recent files at the top of the window.
- Open the most recent 5 files with a text editor and copy the IDs.
- Paste each ID with bp- into the reply window on the forums.
Thanks in advance!
You can find more information and troubleshooting steps in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.
You may as well been speaking Yiddish or Afrikaans because that makes no sense to me at all.
It worked, It updated one day, it now crashes and no way of rolling back, something that Mozilla should automatically detect a problem and roll back, flag the issue, make a report and submit it AUTOMATICALLY with no user interventions. Intuitive in programming also means to think the whole job through to the error reporting which is very lacking.
This isn't helpful, its luck I have a win 10 machine but thats barely holding on as windows keeps on nobbling it and trying to upgrade to win 11.
This inaction, as it appears to have been going on for weeks, why is there no rollback, get users back online instead of sitting on your hands.
I tried working my way through that set of instructions and have to inform you that there is no folder called "Submitted" in the said folder.
Searching for any filed beginning bp- returns nothing.
So clearly there is a Mozilla problem, someone may not of compiled the binaries, if they were then said folder would exist.
Why has this dragged on for over a month now, Mozilla are dragging their heels on an issue that they clearly in any sane world REQUIRES A ROLL BACK OPTION.
WAKE UP MOZILLA.
Tried to unistall and Firefox won't uninstall, the routine fails, its stuck and I want this browser off my computer as there is valuable hard drive space being occupied by a pointless browser.
