Firefox won't recognize my device, instead recognizes "web session."

I have synced my phone and browser. However, it doesn't seem to actually be connected whatsoever. It recognizes it as a web session rather than a device. At the same time, my phone merely recognizes the account as "Firefox Account" rather than the name i gave my account, and it "never" synced. It also does nothing when i force a sync.
