Was told y Yahoo that I needed to changeover to Firefox by 7/30. I did the download and when I had completed all of my Yahoo emails were gone. How can I retrieve???. I need these emails asap! Please help!!!Thanks

FF has nothing to do with yahoo email or missing yahoo emails. That is a yahoo support issue to deal with. The told by yahoo to go to FF makes no sense here either.

Can you provide a screenshot of that message from Yahoo about needing to "changeover to Firefox by 7/30"?


See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

As mentioned, Firefox doesn't do email. But Firefox should be working fine with Yahoo!Mail webmail. Unless Yahoo is changing something at the end of the month that we haven't heard about just yet. But I suspect there is a misunderstanding about what that message said.
