Firefox 60.0.2 64 bits no show bullets on specific profile user

Hello,

I have a problem with an specific windows user, the bullets does not show. On the same computer, other user if it show.

what had I do? I uninstall firefox, clean windows register and i install again, but it doesn't work.

Could you help me?
