how can I get my TB emails, contacts, and calendar to transfer from my old winXP PC to my new preloaded win10 PC with TB already installed?

I had to use Laplink-PC mover express to move my data from my XP PC to my new PC with win10 preloaded. TB is loaded on my win10 PC and seems to be working fine for new email. But I cannot get my old emails, my contacts list/addresses, or my lightning calendar transferred to my win10 system.
