How can I remove Skype click to call 6.9 extension because of incompatiblity?

Skype Click to Call 6.9.0.12585 is incompatible with Firefox 22. How can I remove it from the list of extensions? I was able to remove the other incompatible extension in my registry, but Skype Click to Call was not listed, and can't seem to find it. I have updated Skype last week. Please help. Thanks
