When I open firefox a new window automatically opens at the top left corner of windows. I can only close it through taskbar. I cannot maximize or move it.
i think this problem startedafter some online installations . there is a black window appearing everytime i open it. I tried reinstalling firefox but i dint want to lose any of ma plugins so during reinstallation i kept ma plugins. And the problem still exists.

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

I did lost all my add-ons but still the problem is solved. anyways i'll installs those addons again i guess.
