Can you help me repair my FireFox Browser? The shortcut did not launch the browser. It stated that the file had moved or was no longer working. It still appears in my App folder but the only option is to uninstall it. I have a great deal of short cut tabs and all my stored passwords. How do I repair this? If I re-download Firefox will it access all of my stored information and preferences?

It's perfectly safe to download the installer from firefox.com and run it over the existing setup to straighten out any missing bits — it should put back things to where you were used to and pick up your existing profile data.
