I can't see my download button
I can't see my download button on my PC (I use it all the time on my Mac). I've looked for guidance online but haven't found anything that helps as yet.

Wow, that's strange... Could you please send a full screenshot (that includes your toolbar)?

Hi,
Can you share more details about the issue you're experiencing? Without more details, there's not much we can do to help.
When posting questions, it's helpful to include information such as your operating system, browser version, specific error messages, and the steps you've taken to try solve the issue. This kind of context allows the community members to provide a more accurate and effective solution.
Looking forward to your update!
Windows 11. MSIX 1.00. There are no error messages - simply that on my Mac I can see a very useful download button on the top right of the screen, but on my PC it isn't there.
The only advice I've found tells me to find Customise on the three bar menu on the right, and toggle it on from there. That sounds simple enough, but there is no Customise in the three bar menu. Thank you!
Three bar menu -> More tools -> Customize toolbar See if the download button is already on your toolbar. Drag the download icon from the list of icons to the toolbar if it isn't on the toolbar. If it is, right click on the icon and make sure that "Hide button when empty" is unselected.
Hi,
Are you referring to the button that shows your recent downloads? If so, you can indeed drag it to the toolbar via Customize. To open the special tab, either right-click the toolbar and select Customize toolbar... or select More tools -> Customize toolbar... in the three-bar menu.
For reference, see Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.
Thanks, but there is no download icon in this list of icons, as far as I can see?

Solved now! I'm not quite sure how. But the arrow icon can be toggled, with an option to hide it when empty :-) I haven't actually worked out how you can toggle it to appear when you can't see it, but it is on anyway. Thanks for the answers
