Here is the problem I have: I'm using Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon 6.4.8, which has a feature of **Dragging Maximum Window titlebar makes Window Restore Down/Unmaximum**, which also is a feature that Windows has since Vista. I don't like this feature so I disabled it on Windows, but when I tried to disable it on Linux Mint, I realize the setting was broken for a very long time. Only Window to Maximum can be prevented but not Unmaximum.

I think the Linux Mint Developer will not fix it, so what I can do is only to **Just not drag Maximum Window's Titlebar** Here is the issue: **Firefox consider toolbar/bookmark as a part of its titlebar.** When I click or drag the gaps of toolbar, it is considered as titlebar. When this happens, the Maximum Firefox Window gets unmaximum, which is very annoying.

Here is a video I recorded to explain it: <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_K7y7MRRKy4>

Is there a way to make the toolbar not a part of titlebar?
