When in full screen mode, how do I hide the tab bar and the main tool bar. I only want to see them when I move the mouse to the top of the screen like in Safari.

Chosen solution

Right-click on the toolbar and enable "Hide Toolbars" while in fullscreen mode (F11) (equivalent to browser.fullscreen.autohide set to true in about:config).
