Password Not Being Saved/Remembered in TB Ver 91.3.2 (64-bit) Running under Win 7

I have just upgraded to TB Ver 91.3.2 (64-bit) Running under Win 7 and the passwords for both the SMTP and POP servers will not be saved by TB.

I have tried the suggested deleting of exiting TB, deleting pkcs11.txt and restarting and re-entering without success.

Also when I following this suggested fix protocol TB Ver 91.3.2 does NOT recreate the pkcs11.txt in the profile 85o555a7.default-1490637378936 sub-folder where it sat before being deleted.

Help please.

I don't know what would cause that, as I don't use TB's junk controls. Perhaps rename training.dat in the profile folder, with TB closed, to reset junk settings.
