Would like to switch to firefox browser but cannot sync my phone or computer because they do not have proper OS. Would like to get my safari bookmarks transferred and the privacy protection that Firefox offers. Can I do this without syncing? Thx

If you currently have iOS 11 installed, there is a very high chance that you can update your device to the latest version of iOS. Please update your iOS device, then install Firefox. The latest version of iOS is 12.3.1
