I've updated to the newest version of firefox but the connection is terrible. I tried using edge and it was normal. I accessed youtube, it only showed "connecting" symbol, I tried edge and I was fine.

hi christopher, thanks for reporting this. could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page onto a site like https://pastebin.mozilla.org and provide the link here in the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...

any third-party security programs that would impact or block firefox from connecting? perhaps try to boot into windows safemode with networking once to see if that makes a difference: https://support.microsoft.com/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode
