Start page shows choices: Most Visited; Getting Started; Accept Risk - how do I delete "Accept Risk"?

"Accept Risk" shows up in grey . . . and shows a site address I wish to delete. I do not want the site address to be accessable . . . I want it erased.

Not following this page your talking about. I do not run tiles if it is on that. If you could provide a screenshot I would understand better. Thanks.
